Bengal fish curry

Fry the fish lightly with salt and turmeric.
Heat oil and throw in a little kalonji, a little grated ginger, red chilli powder and cumin powder.
Saute, add some chopped tomato if desired.
Pour in water, bring to a boil and then add the fish.
Cauliflower and potatoes can be added as well
